As art director & communication designer at Versuni I work on packaging projects and the creation of assets for global marketing campaigns for Philips, L’OR, and Senseo Coffee. Working with CGI partners, production agencies, product designers and a host of internal stakeholders, this job is about project management, as well as aesthetics.

As head of graphic design I was responsible for the quality of the output and the workload within the internal studio of de Bijenkorf (a chain of luxury department stores). I supervised designers and managed the relationships between my department and the rest of the company. In addition, of course, I had my own projects. I was responsible for the constant development and compliance with the Bijenkorf’s identity. I provided concept and design/art direction for campaigns, packaging, POS material and I supervised freelancers and agencies.

 I was responsible for the visual output of the agency. I managed an internal team of designers and supervised external parties.
In addition, there was the hiring and mentoring of creatives and I was contact person and lead concept/ design for a number of key accounts.
